A Polite Reminder to All Clients

In order to cover our costs to specialists and hygienists

A minimum fee of £30 will be charged to anyone who fails to attend a booked appointment, longer appointments may incur higher charges.

This charge is to cover our administration costs and wasted surgery time.

We ask our clients to give us at least 24 hour notice of cancellations. Any client failing to give us the full 24 hour notice will be billed.

However, if given notice on the day of the appointment and we manage to fill the time with another patient, you will not be charged. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

All patients will receive reminders of appointments via email or text. If you are not receiving these please contact the practice.
